Matthew K. Geha has served the Holland Springfield community as Superintendent of Springfield Local Schools since August, 2017.  Below you will find a brief summary of both his educational experience and the various roles and responsibilities that he has held within his professional career:

Since joining Springfield Local Schools as the Principal at Springfield Middle School in August, 2004, Mr. Geha has been involved in all aspects of district operations, including: Director of Federal Programs ( August, 2012–August, 2015); Assistant Superintendent (August,  2015–August, 2017), and Food Service Director (August, 2015-July, 2016).  Prior to joining the district, Mr. Geha had been a teacher, Athletic Director, coach, and mentor in the Sylvania City School District.
